Weekly rentals: Friday check in at 4 pm, Friday check out at 11 am
May thru September
$1900.00 week for a group of eight or less
$75.00 for each additional guest
$300.00 per night
October thru April
$1200.00 week for a group of eight or less
$75.00 for each additional guest
$250.00 per night-three night minimum
Note: exceptions include Holiday weeks and Birkebeiner cross country ski week which rent at summer weekly rates.
All rates subject to 5.5% Wisconsin State Sales Tax.
A 50% deposit is required to insure availability of your reservation. The balance plus damage deposit is due ten days prior to arrival.
Please note that all rentals require a $750.00 refundable damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more in advance of arrival date will have their deposit refunded less a 10% processing fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days in advance of arrival will have their deposit refunded less a 10% processing fee only if the rental unit is re-rented for the same dates to another party. If the rental unit is not re-rented for all nights, then the deposit is non-refundable.
